One of the most frustrating aspects of the current situation, for us musicians, is the fact that we can’t get out and play to an audience at the moment. We’ve all got everything crossed that we’ll be back out there at some point next year, but until then, we’ve all got to be a bit more creative in trying to reach an audience.
We’ve been putting a lot of thought into it here at Farm Factory and have been busy during the past couple of months setting up our new online streaming gig service. After several requests to see if it was something we can do, we're pleased to announce that we can!
We’re able to accommodate everything from solo acts to full band performances, all shot multi camera with a live mix that is streamed through one of the various platforms that we support with an option to sell tickets if you want to***
*** Under the current tier system, bands and musicians are permitted to work from Farm Factory Studios in order to prepare for and engage in paid work. So streaming a live gig from our studios is the perfect way to connect with your audience and a great opportunity to generate some income.
We can stream using the following platforms:
***Should clients wish to sell tickets for their streaming event, we have partnered with TicketCo to facilitate this. This is a totally integrated ticket sales / streaming service that allows clients to set the price of tickets and create codes (should they want to give away free tickets). We can set up ticketing for your event and provide you with links to share with your fan base to enable them to support your event financially.
After the stream you get a complete video performance and audio mix of your gig to use for getting yourself some actual gigs when we’re allowed out again!
